  • All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Schedule

To ensure maximum efficiency and care in handling your packages, we ship orders twice a week:

  • Every Monday

  • Every Friday

Note: If a shipping day falls on a national holiday, your package will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with top-tier international couriers to guarantee fast and reliable delivery:

  • DHL Express

  • Aramex

The choice of carrier depends on your destination and the fastest available route for your location.

4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched via DHL or Aramex, international shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cactus Silken LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

7. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at Saida@cactussilken.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
